If you like to travel on a budget, this is a great stay! Yes, it's a little outdated with some stains and a few patched holes, BUT it's clean and the staff is great. My water pressure was fine. Nice indoor pool, workout room, kid and pet friendly. YES, my TV had a blue hue but honestly I didn't mind it enough to call the front desk. The parking lot was safe even with my car loaded while trying to get back after the holidays. If you have realistic expectations and are looking for a budget friendly and overall friendly experience, this is the place for you. I was on the 3rd floor, there wasn't an ice maker where it used to be, but I found one on another floor. The pluses greatly outweigh the minuses.
I'm not sure why there's alot of complaints about this property. The room was clean Staff were warm and attentive The breakfast was better than most And the best part is there was no hassle with the dogs. The pet fee was what they said it was when I arrived. I'm not listing the pet fee price as they said the franchise owner is changing the pet fee structure but hasn't said when or how.
Service is exceptional!!!! The breakfast staff, including Margie, is so considerate!! They made custom parfaits at request every morning of our stay and made sure my kids felt at home when we were away from home. 10 out of 10!!! Thank you so much for your amazing attention to detail!!! It was very much appreciated in what would have been a rough time.. The location is really the only bad thing, because of heavy traffic congestion at regular traveling times. Room service is great and we had no problems getting any extras we needed. Also, the bathroom products were the same name as my daughter! What a fun coincidence!
Great stop on our road trip home from Christmas. Clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great. Service from Natasha was wonderful! My youngest spilled some cereal all over the carpet and she was so kind and showed us so much grace. Wonderful hotel and staff.
We stayed here for the first time early last week on our drive from Richmond, Virginia to San Antonio, Belton, and Ft. Worth. Tammara was very helpful and friendly as was Natasha at breakfast. She also gave me two trays to take breakfast upstairs to my husband. Great food selection! Comfy beds!
A simple one night stay but truly exceptional service at the hotel. Ms. Margie made us breakfast earlier than breakfast time since we were leaving early. She took the time out to give us vegetarian-friendly meals and continually helped us out. What amazing service!
Absolutely phenomenal service, I don’t believe you would get better customer service anywhere else! Tyrone and his staff absolutely treat you like royalty from the moment you walk in, The rooms are clean and well kept as well! Add in the centralized location, and you have a spectacular stay awaiting you at this property!
Very friendly staff. Clean room and comfy beds. Breakfast is very tasty. Bacon and a delicious Smithfield sausages are sooo good. Lynda is so warm and helpful at breakfast. Would definitely recommend! Had dinner at Casa Carlo’s. So yummy! Fresh food, inexpensive and delicious. Try the seafood fajita! Enough for two.
